Trading Education & Risk Disclosure

Read before purchasing or participating

Sovereign World Academy, operated by Charlatte LLC, provides trading education for eligible adult U.S. residents. This disclosure applies to the Trading Membership and any bundle containing Trading, including course materials, videos, demonstrations, group sessions, and related Discord communications. It forms part of the applicable membership agreement.

Our current curriculum concerns equities and options. Results are not guaranteed. Do not speculate with money needed for essential expenses. You can participate without placing trades.

Educational scope and personal advice

Sovereign World Academy does not manage your portfolio, hold your trading funds, execute your trades, or determine whether a transaction is suitable for your financial circumstances. Our instructors are not being presented as your licensed broker, investment adviser, or financial planner. A membership is not intended to create a personal investment-advisory relationship.

Instruction may explain market structure, chart patterns, candlesticks, harmonic analysis, momentum, volume, and risk concepts. Instructors will not tell you how to handle your own open positions or review your finances, account balance, investment objectives, or personal portfolio to recommend an action. Do not request personalized trade advice through a class, a direct message, or a community post.

Make investment decisions independently and seek appropriately qualified advice for personal recommendations. This service’s educational description does not eliminate Sovereign World Academy’s or its instructors’ legal duties.

Live demonstrations and displayed trading activity

Sessions may display charts, market observations, securities under discussion, and parts of an instructor’s trading activity. Depending on the session, a ticker, contract quantity, order information, or existing position may be visible. Such a display may reveal activity shortly after it occurs even if the actual buy, sell, or confirmation click is not shown.

Some sessions may be muted or delayed. Neither muting nor delay makes copying impossible, and we do not guarantee a particular delay unless one is expressly stated for that session. Instructors will not direct members to enter or exit a trade. Instructor activity and commentary are demonstrations for learning, not a member trade-alert or copy-trading service.

A display may be incomplete, delayed, simulated, stale, or no longer representative of the instructor’s position. It may omit entries, exits, hedges, losses, other accounts, fees, or risk controls. Do not infer a complete strategy, account performance, or present position from a screen. Where an example is simulated or hypothetical, it will be identified as such rather than presented as an actual verified result.

After-hours education may discuss completed examples and general methods. An instructor’s explanation does not determine what is suitable for you. Never place an order based on an instructor’s position or expressed trading interest.

No copying: permanent trading ban

You must not use an instructor’s displayed positions, orders, charts, or discussions as signals to intentionally copy or mirror that instructor’s trades. Confirmed intentional copying results in a permanent ban from Sovereign World Academy’s Trading Membership and Trading Discord community. An independently selected trade in the same security, or a similar strategy, does not by itself establish a violation. Sovereign World Academy will use reasonable evidence and human review before making a permanent-ban decision. You may request review at support@sovereignworldacademy.com. We will not ask for your brokerage password or trading-account login credentials. A decision may be reversed if our review shows it was mistaken.

Members must not post current trade calls, actionable buy or sell instructions, or open-position screenshots intended to encourage copying. Do not solicit personal entry, exit, sizing, or account-management advice.

On permanent termination, future billing for the affected membership stops. If the affected subscription is a bundle, future bundle renewals stop; it is not automatically converted to a separately billed plan. Refunds, review of an enforcement decision, and remaining prepaid access are governed by the Terms and Conditions and mandatory law.

Equities, short selling, and margin risk

Stock prices can fall substantially or become worthless. News, earnings, market gaps, trading halts, illiquidity, and order delays can prevent execution at an expected price. Stop orders and other intended controls do not guarantee a maximum loss.

Short selling may produce losses exceeding the amount initially committed; an uncovered short stock position has theoretically unlimited loss potential. Borrow availability, recall, fees, and forced buy-ins create additional risks. Margin and leverage can magnify losses, create debt beyond an initial deposit, and lead to forced liquidation without an opportunity to choose which positions are sold.

Options risk

Options are complex and are not suitable for every investor. A purchased option can expire worthless, causing loss of the premium and transaction costs. Its value can change rapidly because of the underlying price, time decay, implied volatility, liquidity, interest rates, dividends, and other factors.

Writing options can create substantial obligations. An uncovered short call can produce theoretically unlimited loss, and other short options can produce losses far greater than the premium received. Spreads and multi-leg positions have execution, assignment, and liquidity risks; intended protection may fail if a leg is closed, expires, or is assigned differently from another leg.

Exercise or assignment can create an underlying stock position, a funding obligation, or risk beyond the amount paid for the option itself. Early assignment and expiration-related uncertainty may occur. Same-day-expiration and other short-dated options can lose value extremely quickly. Brokerage approval does not mean a strategy is suitable or safe for you.

Before trading options, read the current Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options supplied by your broker or The Options Clearing Corporation, and understand the specific exercise, settlement, margin, and liquidation rules that apply to your account. This disclosure does not replace that document or your broker’s agreements.

Data, methods, and results

Charts, platform displays, educational calculations, and analytical methods can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable. A pattern, colored line, model output, or historical relationship does not reliably predict a future move. Connections can fail and prices can change before an order reaches a market. Fees, spreads, slippage, financing costs, and taxes may materially reduce results.

Past results, selected winning examples, testimonials, screenshots, and hypothetical outcomes do not guarantee future performance. A selected example may not represent the instructor’s complete history or a typical member’s experience. Hypothetical results do not fully capture real execution, financial pressure, or market liquidity. Sovereign World Academy will not present a hypothetical result as a verified actual result or use a disclaimer to justify a misleading performance claim.

Custom scripts, overlays, indicators, and future tools are not promised. Any later offering will disclose its availability, license, limitations, and additional charges. The current offer does not promise instruction or services involving futures, foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, or other additional asset classes.

Instructor interests and third parties

Instructors may trade or hold an interest in a security before, during, or after discussing it. Their interests, resources, risk tolerance, and access may differ from yours. You should not infer that they will continue to hold a displayed position. Manipulative conduct and misleading statements are prohibited.

Any material compensation or referral relationship connected to a particular promotion will be disclosed when that promotion occurs. A reference to a platform or firm does not promise its safety, suitability, regulatory status, or future availability. Sovereign World Academy does not request access to control your brokerage account.

Your acknowledgment and retained rights

By accepting this disclosure, you acknowledge the trading risks, absence of personal portfolio advice, and prohibition on intentional copying, including the permanent trading ban for confirmed violations.
