Discord Disclosure & Community Policy

Purpose, access, and related terms

This policy applies to Sovereign World Academy Discord communities and related sessions for Trading and Social Media Scaling. Sovereign World Academy is operated by Charlatte LLC. Access is a membership benefit only for the community included in your eligible plan, subject to the Terms and Conditions. Trading participants must also accept the Trading Education & Risk Disclosure.

Memberships are currently for adults aged 18 or older who ordinarily reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Do not share your login, lend access to another person, or use an invitation to bypass eligibility or payment requirements. Preorder community access is scheduled to begin October 11, 2026; placing a preorder does not promise earlier access.

You must comply with Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines as well as this policy. Discord is a separate provider with its own privacy practices. A Discord account may be necessary to participate in Discord-hosted sessions; its creation does not authorize Sovereign World Academy subscription charges.

Trading sessions and questions

Trading sessions provide education about equities, options, charts, and general methods. Some demonstrations may show market activity and parts of an instructor’s positions or order information. Muting, hiding an order-confirmation click, or delaying a stream does not make it safe or permissible to copy a displayed trade. Do not treat an instructor discussion or screen as a signal service.

Instructors will not review a member’s own open positions, recommend an action for a member’s account, or discuss a member’s personal finances to make a trading recommendation. Ask questions about concepts or appropriately framed historical examples. Do not seek individual entry, exit, sizing, portfolio, tax, or financial-planning instructions in channels or direct messages to instructors.

Members must not post current trade calls, actionable entry or exit instructions, or open-position screenshots intended to encourage others to trade. Do not organize coordinated buying, selling, market manipulation, or copy-trading activity. General education and independently selected historical examples are permitted when they do not function as current trade recommendations.

No copying: permanent trading ban

You must not use an instructor’s displayed positions, orders, charts, or discussions as signals to intentionally copy or mirror that instructor’s trades. Confirmed intentional copying results in a permanent ban from Sovereign World Academy’s Trading Membership and Trading Discord community. An independently selected trade in the same security, or a similar strategy, does not by itself establish a violation. Sovereign World Academy will use reasonable evidence and human review before making a permanent-ban decision. You may request review at support@sovereignworldacademy.com. We will not ask for your brokerage password or trading-account login credentials. A decision may be reversed if our review shows it was mistaken.

This rule governs use of the educational service; it does not make a legal determination about regulatory requirements or waive a member’s mandatory rights. Future billing, bundle treatment, and remedies for an erroneous enforcement decision are addressed below and in the Terms and Conditions.

Social Media Scaling sessions

The Social Media Scaling community is for education about content creation, audience development, and related business practices. We do not guarantee reach, followers, monetization, platform approval, sales, or earnings. Platforms may change their rules and algorithms.

Do not post another person’s private account information, client data, passwords, or confidential business material. Share only work you are entitled to share. A voluntary discussion of your content within a class does not give Sovereign World Academy permission to record you or use your identity, brand, or work in public advertising. Identifiable promotional use requires separate permission.

Conduct and safety

Treat others respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate-based abuse, impersonation, scams, doxxing, malware, spam, unlawful material, and attempts to obtain another person’s credentials are prohibited. Do not misrepresent yourself as Sovereign World Academy staff or solicit members for unauthorized financial services, paid signals, or competing paid offers through the community.

Do not post sensitive identity documents, payment-card details, brokerage credentials, or private information about another person. Sovereign World Academy staff will not ask for your brokerage password. Report suspected impersonation or misuse to support@sovereignworldacademy.com. Community content is visible to the people with access to that channel and should not be treated as confidential merely because the server is members-only.

Member privacy and the access integration

To connect membership access with Discord, Sovereign World Academy uses a MemberPress–Discord integration. The access process may associate your website account and membership entitlement with your Discord user ID and username and use that association to assign or remove the appropriate server roles. We use this connection to administer the access you request, not to operate your brokerage account.

Discord handles the information you provide to its platform under its own privacy policy. Within our community, members with channel access may see your profile information, posts, and participation. Authorized instructors and moderators may review relevant community content and limited incident records to administer sessions, handle reports, prevent abuse, and enforce rules.

Sovereign World Academy will limit access to moderation records to people and service providers who need them for a legitimate purpose and retain personal information only as reasonably needed for the stated purposes or a legal obligation. We do not promise that a message disappears from every recipient’s device, Discord’s systems, or a necessary incident record immediately when you delete it. Contact support with privacy or deletion requests; our Privacy Policy explains additional rights and handling.

Accepting this policy is not blanket permission to add unrelated surveillance, transcription, or advertising functions to a bot. Material changes to our data practices require appropriate notice and consent where required. Do not send payment-card data or a website password through a Discord message or bot command.

No member recordings

Sovereign World Academy will not record member-participation sessions, including member Q&A. We will not capture or publish a member’s voice, camera image, username, question text, or other identifying participation as part of an educational recording under this policy.

We may create instructor-only educational recordings with instructor permission in a setup that excludes member audio, images, messages, usernames, and notifications. An instructor may restate a general educational question anonymously in a separate recording if it does not identify a member or reveal private details. A future request to record identifiable member participation would require advance notice and a separate permission process; joining a session alone is not that permission.

Members must not make unauthorized recordings of sessions or expose another member’s participation publicly. Restrictions on recording and sharing do not prevent legally protected reporting, lawful evidence preservation, or other nonwaivable rights. Handle another person’s private information carefully when exercising those rights. Ordinary channel messages and proportionate incident documentation remain subject to our privacy practices; the no-recording rule is not a promise that written community activity is never retained.

Materials and contributions

Use Sovereign World Academy materials for your own learning. Do not resell sessions, redistribute paid course content, share access credentials, or publish protected materials without permission. Personal notes and expressly permitted downloads are allowed. Truthful lawful reviews, legally protected quotations, fair use, accessibility rights, and communications with advisers or authorities are not prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you contribute. You permit Sovereign World Academy to display that content in its intended community and use it as reasonably needed to operate and moderate the service. That permission does not authorize advertising use of your identity, voice, likeness, or contribution. Do not contribute material that infringes someone else’s rights.

Moderation and review

Sovereign World Academy may remove a post, restrict a channel, issue a warning, or temporarily suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate or address a violation. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in permanent removal. Confirmed intentional instructor-trade copying receives the permanent trading ban stated above.

We will base permanent decisions on reasonable evidence and human review, provide a reason when practicable, and accept review requests at support@sovereignworldacademy.com. We do not promise continuous monitoring or the ability to prevent every unauthorized action by a member. A good-faith complaint, protected report, truthful lawful review, or lawful payment dispute is not itself grounds for punishment.

Access ending and subscription cancellation

You may cancel future subscription renewals through the online cancellation control in your website account or by emailing support@sovereignworldacademy.com. Leaving a Discord server, disconnecting Discord, or deleting Discord does not cancel the website subscription. Ordinary cancellation leaves access available through the paid period, subject to these rules.

If Sovereign World Academy permanently terminates paid access, it will stop future billing for the affected subscription. If Trading access is permanently removed from a bundle, future bundle renewals stop. Remaining Social Media Scaling access may continue through the prepaid period unless it is separately terminated for a valid reason; a later standalone subscription requires a new agreement. No automatic conversion or additional standalone charge will occur.

The Terms and Conditions govern refunds, prepaid access, and remedies if an enforcement decision is reversed. Required refunds and other nonwaivable rights remain available. Role removal may follow expiration or termination, but administrative role processing does not authorize additional subscription charges.

Updates and contact

We may update operational community rules with appropriate notice. A change will not retroactively create a violation, authorize undisclosed member recording, remove mandatory rights, or change your protected subscription price. Material changes affecting an existing membership will follow the notice and consent provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
