Sovereign World Academy provides a paid membership subscription granting access to educational content, resources, and an exclusive online community, including access to our private Discord server. 4. Membership, Billing & Cancellation

• Membership is billed on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

• Treat other members and staff with respect; harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are prohibited.
• Not post spam, unauthorized advertising, phishing links, or malicious content.
• Not share, resell, or redistribute paid course materials or membership access with non-members.
• Not impersonate Sovereign World Academy staff, moderators, or other members.
• Comply with all applicable laws while using the server.

We reserve the right to remove content, mute, kick, or ban any member from the Discord server, and to suspend or terminate the associated membership, for violations of these rules — without refund, where permitted by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or membership platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer our content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, written content, branding, and resources provided through Sovereign World Academy are the property of Sovereign World Academy LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access this content for your own educational use. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income, or outcomes from participating in our membership or community.
